This 3-session in-person support package is designed to offer gentle, compassionate space for those navigating grief, loss, or significant life transitions.

Grief and transition can take many forms — including the loss of a loved one, changes in relationships, identity shifts, endings, uncertainty, or major life milestones. Across three sessions, we work together in person to support reflection, grounding, and emotional awareness in a steady, respectful, and non-rushed way.

These sessions are supportive and non-clinical in nature, offering space to be present with what is unfolding while gently exploring ways to move forward with care and clarity.


 

What to Expect

  • Gentle grounding and supportive practices as appropriate

  • A paced approach allowing time for integration between sessions

  • No preparation required — arrive as you are


 

How the Package Works

After purchase, you’ll receive instructions to schedule your three sessions. Sessions are typically spaced to allow time for reflection and integration, though scheduling can be discussed together to support your needs.

  • This is a non-clinical, supportive offering

  • This service is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling sessions

  • Sessions are offered for individual support only
