Subscriptions and recurring payments continue until cancelled.

Goods

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receipt and apply only if the item is defective or incorrect. Custom items are non-refundable.

Services are non-refundable, except when cancelled more than 72 hours in advance, in which case a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

Late cancellations, no-shows, or partial attendance are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Sessions are non-transferable unless approved in advance.

Confidentiality & Recordings

All sessions are confidential.

Session recordings, when provided, are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or published.

Clients may not record sessions without written permission.

Health & Professional Disclaimer

Services provided are educational and reflective in nature and are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental health care. Clients are encouraged to seek licensed professionals where appropriate.

In-Person Session Policy

For safety and comfort, in-person sessions with male clients are offered only when accompanied by a trusted female companion. This policy exists to maintain a respectful and secure environment for all parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amber S. Price is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amber S. Price from any claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Force Majeure
