Parking is free for daytime guests, there is a fee for overnight guests.

Tables are round and will seat 6 people. Seating is not assigned however, you can purchase a table of 6.

Event room is on second floor (stairs and elevator available)

FAQs

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. Please bring your ticket or e-confirmation in order to "fast track" your entry.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Yes. If you are purchasing a ticket on behalf of someone or have transferred your ticket, please notify us via email.

Are tickets available at the door?

No. You must register via the link ("GET TICKETS NOW") below, no later than Wednesday, September 28th, 2022

Will show vendors contact me?

It is possible, by registering for tickets, you acknowledge that exhibitors may contact you and you give your permission for them to do so.

Do I have to attend the entire day from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.?

No. Your ticket gives you access to the Halo Expo from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. but you can choose to come at any time during this time frame OR you can choose to come at 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. for the Halo Gala.
